MLB is a membership program that provides employees with leave for personal or family medical emergencies when their annual leave, sick leave, compensatory time and compensatory travel time is exhausted.
MLB leave can be granted for personal or family emergencies such as medical treatment ssurgery and recovery, childbirth, and medical care for a sick family member.
Holidays CIA employees have 10 paid federal holidays per year: Alternative Work Schedules and Hours The CIA allows for flexibility in scheduling working hours for its employees, including, but not limited to, flextime, compressed week, part-time and job-sharing, as office needs permit.
